Deborah Bull is a dancer, writer and broadcaster, and
Creative Director of ROH2 at the Royal Opera House

Deborah danced with The Royal Ballet from 1981 to 2001, rising
through the ranks to become principal dancer in 1992

Early in 2002 she took up a new position developing the ROH2
programme at the Royal Opera House

Deborah sat on Arts Council England between 1999 and 2005 and from
August 2003 - December 2006, served as a Governor of the BBC

She has published three books and is a regular contributor to the media

In The Queen's Birthday Honours List, June 1999, she was made a CBE
